2. First interview
If we invite you for an interview, your application has given us a good first impression among the pool of candidates. Our focus in a first interview is to get to know you better and to have you elaborate on your previous experience and motivation.
Similarly, tasks and responsibilities of the specific job position will be clarified, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
3. Second interview
In the second interview, you will get a more detailed and specific elaboration of the job position. We will present a case for you to elaborate on as well as we will bring further focus on your professional competences and our mutual expectations.
